Jen let’s kick things off with you telling us something interesting about yourself.

JV: I’m almost 30 and I am unsure if I can ride a bike LOL everyone freaks out when I tell them I can’t ride a bike. I don’t know why. No one is out here riding bikes all the time anyway. But ya. I thought it was a dumb thing, so I refused to learn as a kid. Here we are. I still think it’s dumb. BUT I do fucking love an indoor cycling class LOL

Many women tend to shy away from Weightlifting and strength training in general as they’re under the impression it will cause them to instantly bulk-up. Instead, these women feel their time would be better spent on cardio machines, while occasionally making use of those neatly color-coordinated 2.5-5lb dumbbells. If you could give these women any advice, what would you tell them?

JV: I mentioned this in the misconception question, but it takes a shit ton of time, food, and intention to put on muscle and THAT much muscle to make you “look bulky”. Unless you are intentionally trying to put on a good amount of size, there is a 0% chance it will happen accidentally or instantly. Strength training is not only increasing strength, but it’s good for general health, preventing the onset of osteoporosis, creating better body composition, lowers risk of injury, and the list goes on and on.

For the general fitness enthusiast, female or male, do you think basing the majority of their training routine on the principles of strength training would be beneficial?

JV: I think the majority of people would benefit from adding strength training into their lifestyles. There are so many physical and physiological benefits to strength training, it almost never could be a bad idea. I don’t necessarily think most of their training needs to be centered around strength training as there are so many different things you can do to train/stay active, but I definitely think it needs to be incorporated at least a few times a week for general health purposes.

What, in your opinion, are the biggest misconceptions in regard to strength training today?

JV: The biggest misconception for women is that if you start training, you’re going to get bulky and/or look like a bodybuilder. Listen. I am a bodybuilder. I’ve been lifting for 15 years and 12 of those years have been spent trying to get jacked and if you saw me in person, that is not the first thing an untrained person would say about me. Putting on size and THAT much size is incredibly hard and takes a lot of time, food, and intention. There’s no way it can accidentally happen. Trust. One of the other big misconceptions is that you will go into the gym every day and be doing completely new movements and new workouts. You won’t. It’s a lot of repetition and consistency of foundational movements. It’s repeating the same movements week to week. It’s coming in week to week and month to month even when you don’t feel like it. It won’t always be new and exciting. But consistency and repeatability are what gives you the shape you’re looking for. Aka stop doing a new ig influencer swipe through workout every other day.

What does strength mean to you, and why is being strong so important?

JV: Strength is so much more than a physical thing. It’s not only about what you can lift or what you can physically do. It’s about having mental and emotional strength. Having the ability to seek after growth on every level – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, etc. Strength is seeing the potential in yourself and having the courage to put in the work to level up.

Let’s get a bit personal. What body part do you get complimented on the most?

JV: My butt. Hands down. It’s a great one if I do say so myself and it’s basically what I’m known for on Instagram.

Do you think there is a lack of honest conversations around sexuality in our society?

JV: 100%. As a society I think we shame people who are open about sex and sexuality so there are a lot of people who stay silent to not be looked down on for wanting to talk about sexual topics. There’s so much sex/kink/slut shaming out there and I honestly don’t understand why. We all have sex. Why are we trying to pretend like it’s not something we all experience? Chances are you were created via sex, and you have sex. Yet we’re supposed to pretend like we don’t do it and never talk about it? For what? Y’all could be having way better sex if you just normalized talking about it. Having more open conversations about sex in my own life has led to some dope ass conversations, education, and better sex in my own life.

How do you deal with haters?

JV: To be honest, I don’t really have any haters. At least none that I know of. I truly don’t care because chances are I don’t even know them and there’s no point in wasting time or energy on someone who I don’t even know and is just commenting/messaging for attention. I’ll get random comments here and there and honestly, I will usually just clap back and destroy them with a response lol But I never let it bother me because it truly just isn’t worth my time.

What has been your wildest night?

JV: To be honest I wouldn’t really consider one night specifically my wildest night. I don’t really think I typically do any too crazy to have some wild story about “this one night when…” lol

If someone wanted to seduce you, what would they need to do?

JV: Are we talking what does someone need to do to get me in bed? There’s nothing another person could do to make me sleep with them if I on my own don’t want to already lmao I’m someone who needs some sort of connection (not necessarily romantic) in order to have sex with someone so unless that’s there first, I’m like ya maybe you’re hot but nah lmao Plus I pretty much stay ready at all times so if I’m into it already, we’re already there.

Jen, you have an OF page. What can fans see if they visit your site?

JV: Well as you could guess, there’s a lot of ass. Duh. But we like to get spicy, and the DMs get as hot as you want it to get. I will say that I likely push the boundaries more than people assume I do. Basically, you have to sub to find out what really goes on my OF. I never disappoint.

Jen what’s the naughtiest thing you’ve ever done?

JV: Naughty is so subjective, and I have to maintain some mystery sometimes, so I’ll answer this in my own way lol I’ve had sex in the kids club of a gym. Obviously, it was closed, but…children play there lol My naughtiest stories stay with me and whomever I was with.

If you could collaborate with a brand or a person, who would it be and why?

JV: I’d love to collaborate with Honey Birdette or Bellesa. Both are for women companies that empower women to explore their sexuality and pleasure and I love supporting both companies. Honey Birdette is hands down my favorite lingerie to wear. All their pieces are stunning and when I wear it, I feel amazing. They also have a line of high-end toys and all the fun things you want to add into your experience. Bellesa has a lot of my personal favorite toys, 10/10 recommend. It would be amazing to work with either company as they’re both companies I already support/recommend and fully believe in.
