Today we spoke with Luna, an artist, expressionist, switch, porn star, teen mom, and an all around interesting person. In this day and age, the word porn  has become a dirty acronym for something, well dirty. Luna is here to tell you that the industry is quickly changing and becoming more artistic, more bold, more inviting and just more sensual. Check out her full story below.

Luna, please tell us who you are?

L: I’m a 22-year-old bisexual switch. A switch is someone in the fetish and or BDSM community that likes to both bottom and top. So, I like to be both submissive and dominant. I am a pole dancer, a burlesque dancer, an artist who loves to paint, sculpt, and draw erotic content and love to write smut. I am a teen mom and a sex worker, which may seem controversial, but I also grew up with a sex worker mother known as Violet Manson who was on web dreams which was a show on showcase back in the 2000s.

I do porn, modeling, writing and have directed porn before. I am also a hopeful suicide girl which means I have not yet received set of the day on Suicide Girls.com but I have submitted my first shoot to the website and hope to do more shoots once I am officially a suicide girl. I am also a bartender at a local alternative bar in my city.

How did you develop an interest in modeling, fashion, and expressing your sexuality through the camera lens?

L:
I have modeled since I was a child both professionally and just artistically. I began to do more paid shoots when I was 18 freshly with a new baby for extra income and divulged into fetish modeling. It was very interesting since at the time i was very insecure, so I didn’t really see myself as a sexually appealing being. When I became 21, I opened an onlyfans to showcase some of my work and write smut like I did in high school on a platform called tumblr. I always appreciated boudoir and the elegance of a woman especially as a bisexual. I always wanted to have the confidence to be one of the alternative women on inked mag or on the suicide girls platform so I got in contact with photographer friends and began to colloborate for my vision.

I always loved making myself look like different characters and cosplaying and role playing so it dawned on me that sex work would be a very lucrative career for me. I love being in shots that tell a story more than just being nude or in cool clothing. Becoming a character. Which explains how my smut blog of lunar temptations turned me into Luna Temptress.

When looking for a photographer to work with, what do you look for that seals the deal and makes for the best work relationship?

L: I first actually look at if they can pull different scenarios and if their pictures always play out the same story. If not, almost every set is different and creative and speaks volumes in emotion and expression that dawns my eyes more than just a typical traditional boudoir shoot. Then, I also look and see if they work with always the same type of models. What I mean by that is are all the models skinny and perky and basically your typical barbie doll physique and stature. Are all the woman Caucasian? To me seeing no people of color, trans models, curvy and all the above I find that a red flag because I find diversity in this industry is very important.

Everyone has an OF. What makes yours different that people should def check it out and subscribe?

L: Mine is different in the sense that almost every shoot I do is different. Obviously, the paid shoots I broadcast from usually stem from the more traditional boudoir side but when it comes to collaborations with amazing artistic photographers we like to tell a story. I like to challenge my subscribers with grunge content, not your typical barbie doll stuff. I like getting down and dirty the mud if it sells a story I’d like to write or film. I also have a lot of vampirisms on my page because growing up I always loved their mystery and pale beauty. I love to play on the creepy factors of cosplay and dress up. I also have diverse content in terms of PPV messages which is where most of my video content lies. I like to do three-way lesbian porn, to three way 2 dudes and me to just me and other beautiful woman to being with my primary as I am polyamourous.

I like to shoot with people of color, trans people, people who are very familiar with the industry to people who are just starting out. A lot of my page is discovering kink since prior to the age of 21 I was very nervous with sex and kinks and fetishes, so I made my page as kind of like a follow me through my sexual awakening journey and like to educate people on playing safe whether it be protecting yourself, safe words, aftercare, proper use of toys, boundaries, and communication. In fact, in my bio, it states ” I am happy to hopefully exchange ideas and tricks as well as learn something myself.

I am a bisexual switch, but I tend to shift more for submissive as of lately. Definitely a power bottom though I do have to say.

Being part of an industry whose only emphasis is on the outside characteristics of a person, how have you stayed grounded?

L: Do not forget who I really am. In life I have experienced a lot of changes to being a stay-at-home mom for a period and feeling like my only identity is mom, to being a sex worker and being Luna. It’s all about balance and finding time to be the real me which I will obviously not disclose here for the safety of my family. Finding time to do art for myself instead of for people online with my tablet. Going back to my roots has helped me a lot. Finding time to write just for me with a pen and paper and being able to sketch just for me. Being able to set boundaries for myself and knowing how much is too much since at the end of the day I juggle being a bartender, a mom and a porn star.

Luna what is it about SG that makes you want to be a part of their clan?

L:  As a teenager Suicide girls’ debut awakened in me that I was not the only one like me. The grungy, the slutty, the gothic, the emo, the weird and the freak. Growing up as a neurodivergent kid with autism with 2 goth parents and one that was a sex worker I felt like I could relate to no one. Then I discovered their platform on Instagram and realized wow, I’m not the only one. Seeing a bunch of confident weird intelligent women come together to make the first kind of alternative modeling for as far as I know in history. I knew I wanted to be a part of that to celebrate individuality and women of different sizes and people of color.

What do you like to do in your downtime?

L: I am a recreational marijuana user and gamer, so my ideal off night without kids, stress and work is sitting down with a cold one with my primary and starting a video game we can play together. I love to go dancing at raves so since this whole covid thing it’s been very hard not to go out dancing, but I have my pole at home that I dance around on to my favorite EDM playlists. I find being connected with my body through dance is almost like a form of meditation. Feeling my body move to chaotic music has always been soothing for me in some weird way.

Do you think there is a lack of honest conversations around sexuality in our society?

L: Yes, I do. We live in a time I feel like everyone sees love a certain way as portrayed in media or even porn where we expect things to always be perfect. I see so many intimate, sexual or even platonic relationships crumble due to what society portrays as what a relationship could be. Any turbulence and everyone is ready to call a quits with no communication.

I feel like we almost take cancel culture so literally that we can’t even accept those closest to us over some things that are even trauma responses. I feel like porn portrays sexual relations as man owns woman when in reality the sub is the one making the rules. The sub allows the dom to control because she consents. I want to see more consent, aftercare and boundary talk in porn.

If your best friend could tell us a funny story about you, what would it be?

L: That I probably become a pirate when I drink too much rum. As someone who isn’t a very violent or even argumentative person rum really brings out the crazy bitch in me. I become a foot stomper, a screamer and most importantly very squirmy. I also become very promiscuous but that’s a story for another time. Yes, I am the naked one initiating orgies at many parties.

What’s your craziest sexual experience? Do you have any fantasies you’d like to share with our readers?

L: My craziest sexual experience would have to be how I got with my primary because it literally still stirs the pot to this day. So about 2 years ago I broke up with my very vanilla partner. He always had sex repulsion and never was really attracted to me, so I broke it off. The same exact night I went to my best friend’s house of 12 years and initiated a 3way. It was one of the funnest 3ways I had. Fast Forward to the next day my friend was almost dumping her boyfriend for liking my head game too much. Fast forward the next day they break up. Fast forward to now myself and her ex are now living together and have been paid by companies like Rick Hard Productions and AD4X to do porn together and my ex best friend still writes in depth statuses about me as to how I’m a homewrecker. I have also had other 3sums with my current primary and 4sums.

Best advice someone ever gave you?

L: Don’t let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.

They say you are what you eat, what are you?

L: I guess ramen. I mean I do have very tasty noods haha.

Lastly, tell us about your dream collaboration, who is it and why?

L: I’d love to work for Holly Randal or Erika Lust. I love how they really respect their actors and actresses and as I stated before, want to make the audience feel more than just what they are viewing or lust. Those ladies are changing porn and making it not only aesthetically and authentically pleasing but also changing the narrative of porn and I think it’s very important. Those women want to share the real desires of both men and women and make it come to life. I want to see more passion in porn. I want a better storyline. They are pretty much turning the smut I love into film, and I think it’s a beautiful thing.
