Highland Park has a rich history of keeping it cool while producing some of the best whisky in the world. We had an opportunity to do a whisky club where we tasted many different HP bottles from the 80’s and today its just as good if not better as it was in the past.

Name: Highland Park 25 Year Single Malt Scotch

Region: Highlands, Scotland

ABV: 48%

Nose: Rich and comforting, with notes of leather and spices with hints of marscapone.

Palate: Dried fruit and barley deep rich complex thick memories of lost horizon. Honey, vanilla and sea salt with oak tasted as well.

Finish: Long and spicy. Oranges, figs and caramel pine nuts on the end of the palate. It really lingers for a little while, before it falls of short.
