Knob Creek is a brand of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced by Beam Suntory at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. The difference between the batches is below:
Batch 1: Higher in its sweet notes with vanilla and caramel all the way through.
Batch 2: Full of wood and oak, more tannic on the palate and drier on the finish.
Batch 3: Falls somewhere between Batch 1 and 3 with its robust oak and plenty of sweetness.
